The management of a full replacement project is complicated enough without adding in the specific requirements needed to support a care home, with both the correct specifications and the need for a fast turn around.
This project didn’t disappoint on both fronts, from specialist car interiors with fold away travelling seat, through to time restrictions being placed on the downtime.
