Trainee Sales Executive 

We are currently looking to recruit a qualified and enthusiastic Lift Service Engineer to be a field service supervisor .
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 3 Certificate or relevant experience.
The right candidate must also possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be reliable and punctual, have a full clean driving licence, and must be Health & Safety focused.
Job Role Summary
To service, repair and maintain a varied range of lifts and oversee field service engineers.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
•Ensure all work is carried out safely in line with company H&S policy and procedures
•Update written and computerised work record
•Ensure reports are sent back daily to the office
•Carry out routine checks
•Make minor repairs or isolate problems until a service can be carried out
•Respond to emergency breakdown call-outs
•Identify recurring problems
•To work along with the service team members and to supervise their performance on field
•Carry out monthly site audits
•Making service recommendations to customers and providing cost calculations
PERSONAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, OR QUALITIES:

•Optimistic and willing to learn
•Have an aptitude for electrical and/or mechanical work

Lift Specialists are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and outgoing Trainee Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Established since 1982, we design, install and service all types of lifts for private and commercial sector clients. Our particular areas of specialism include the refurbishment and modernising of lift installations.

The role will include working closely with the sales team and is an exciting opportunity to learn more about the lift industry and progress into a more senior role in the future.

After training you will eventually be responsible for:

  • Securing projects for lifts in accordance with annual targets
  • Carrying out lift surveys
  • Prospecting and generating proposals and closing contracts
  • Working with the sales estimating team to ensure that quotes reflect agreements reached and that final contract is signed off by the client
  • Attending and supporting Pre-Tender, Post Tender and Pre-Contract meetings
  • Preparation of pre-tender and tender returns
  • Combining product knowledge with excellent sales techniques
  • Promoting the company and its products and services
  • Maintaining relationships with Customers and Lift Consultants

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in the Lift Industry, maybe an engineer looking for a change, and be a confident and engaging communicator.

Lift Engineer Vacancy

Lift Specialists Ltd are looking to recruit qualified Lift Engineers to join their Installation/Modernisation department. 
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Company Installation and Safety procedures
  • Installation of all equipment to meet the Company\'s criteria of Installation-Time Efficiency, Safety, Profitability, Quality and Reliability
  • Liaise with Project Managers in the day to day running of the Project
  • Completion and submmision of all relevant paperwork i.e. timsheeets, safety audits, site folders, Waste Transfer Notes etc.
  • Maintain any Company issued equipment to an acceptable standard
  • Maintain good house keeping on site
Qualifications and Previous Experience:
  • NVQ3 or equivalent certification in Lift Engineering
  • Previous experience in a simiar role
  • Effective communicator
  • Full Driving Licence
